Established in 2002, Plymouth Locomotive Service LLC began operations with the purpose of maintaining the Plymouth locomotives that are in service all over the world. Since then, with the well over 100 years combined experience of personnel; Plymouth Locomotive Service LLC has grown into rebuilding and remanufacturing Plymouth Locomotives into a primarily new locomotive including new Tier III and Tier IV engines, along with all new sheet metal, insulated cabs, hydraulic systems, suspension, wheels / axles, controls, etc.
We continue to grow our business by maintaining and servicing Plymouth, EMD, and General Electric locomotives including providing replacement parts, locomotive sales and leasing.
